Like Harleys? Like fish? Like old, dead fish? I mean old dead Harleys? So does Duane! He doesn’t like dead fish, don’t worry, we talk about it. Even some baby making action.
#426 Justin Edelman
If sailing the South Pacific for 3 years after breaking your dad out of prison isn’t a wild way to get started I don’t know what is?
#425 Jeff Milburn and "THE BIKERIDERS"
Are you familiar with the book “THE BIKERIDERS” by Danny Lyon? Well recently it was adapted to a screen play by director Jeff Nichols not to be confused with today’s guest Jeff Milburn. The photos in the book were taken in the late 60’s so obviously the bikes in the book were from the late 60’s. You might ask yourself, “what’s the process like getting a bunch panheads and knuckleheads on the big screen?” I guarantee it wasn’t easy, but lets hear it from the man that was there every step of the way, from curating the bikes to teaching actors how to operate a foot clutch, hand shift, points timed, linkert aspirated breathing fire machine, the man the myth the legend Jeff Milburn.
#424 Bear of Motorcycle Sherpa
Alright I said I would do this a while back and the time has finally come. What to pack for an expedition across the globe with Motorcycle Sherpa. This not only goes for a Motorcycle Sherpa trip buts almost any adventure trip, and Biltwell said it best, Any bike is an adventure bike if you use it for adventure!
#423 The Wizard and Sons
If you like old bikes then you will like this podcast. If your not familiar with the Wizard, search Danger Dan and the Wizard, but this podcast I Brough tin his sons and heard all the old stories from a different perspective. It was great! They remembered more of the stories and the bikes. The back and fourth banter between father and sons is great. Enjoy.
#422 Allen Wayne Nichols BikeRiders Tour
Caught up with Al on our way to the Indian Larry Block Party in Brooklyn. He recently finished up the BikeRiders tour where they traveled the country on bike slinging ink with Oliver and friends and playing music with Ben Nichols in a different city each night. It was an epic ride!
#421 Patrick Garvin
The only podcast I recorded at Sturgis this year and its an annual thing I like to do with my buddy Patrick. He does all the how to videos and bike builds for the JP Cycles You Tube. He rides everything! He’s a real biker and a good friend, you will enjoy this podcast!
#420 Panamaniacs COBDR-ReCap
Remember in 2021 I took my HD PanAmerica up the COBDR in bound for Sturgis, well this year I called up a few friends to go with me. Here’s a sit down from the Elk Mountain Cabins over a bottle of Bourbon. Bare with us as I did not have enough microphones to individually mic each person and we were in a kitchen. Everything that should be audible is, and some things that shouldn’t. Thank you for listening.
#419 Panamaniacs Pre-COBDR
Remember in 2021 I took my HD PanAmerica up the COBDR in bound for Sturgis, well this year I called up a few friends to go with me. On our first night we sat down and recorded a podcast, and now I wish we would have done one of these every night! This trip started with a phone call to Nick Farhinger, a world class dirt bike rider who’s family owns and operates the best v-twin charging systems on the market. You may have heard of them before Cycle Electric? After finding out that Jake Hindes of Prism Supply (if you have a sportster I’m sure your aware of his company) recently got a PanAmerica and I invited him and his friend Matt Best to join us as well. To top it off Jonny Grommet 5th-wheeled it with a chase rig offering up all the camp necessities along the way. Hopefully the first of many BDR’s with the Panamaniacs!

#417 Oliver Jones
I met Oliver in Milwaukee during the Harley Davidson 120th anniversary party in Milwaukee as he was on a cross country trip with his new Pan-America. Although he didn’t plan on doing much off road the bike had other plans. After he finished this trip he fully customize his machine deriving inspiration from all the traditional places. I’m sure its gonna be just as rad as all the choppers he’s built in the past. Follow him @thecutrate on the gram to keep up.
#416 Evan Senn
While in Milwaukee for the Harley Davidson 120th I got to hang with my friend Evan Senn for a short period and talk motorcycles, racing, and good vibes. Evan is a visual story teller responsible for a film that I saw a few years ago called “Fast and Left” and can find that film HERE, and follow Evan on Ig @fastandleftfilm. Enjoy!
#415 Rae Ripple
The metal shop master with her own style and approach. I got to sit down in her motorcycle shop with her and her man Josh and talk bikes, metal, and life. Believe me we hit it all! Her intense experiences have shaped her art and now her art is shaping her experiences. She recently built a bike for Harley and Born Free and will also be at the art show me and Lee Bullock are putting together for Born Free Texas, called “Prints, Paint, and Steel.”
